MSU Copier Program

Administrators and Vendors

The Copier Program is managed by Printing Services in cooperation with MSU Purchasing. The program is the result of an extensive evaluation process that considers equipment, technology, pricing, and support from all major equipment vendors.

Approximately once every five years, Printing Services and MSU Purchasing issue a request for proposal, evaluate offerings, and negotiate a five-year contract with the vendor best able to meet the requirements of the program. The current vendor for the program is Albin, a wholly owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta based in Michigan.
