The original program, started in 1997, was initiated to streamline the order process, leverage the buying power of MSU to lower acquisition and operating costs, and reduce the number of purchase orders and invoices handled for copiers.
The program was recently updated with a new vendor and an entirely new offering of models. The program now comes with an interactive Web site that makes it possible to research available options, price a machine with desired accessories, and place an order. It also contains login access to manage your account, review billing history, order supplies, and request service.
